The Welfare Center is a construction site of a three-story building (16.2m) with a land area of 171,260㎡ and a building area of 4,856㎡. The exterior of this building is finished with aluminum composite panels, aluminum windows and doors, low-e double glazing, and high-density compressed wood panels, boasting a beautiful appearance with a total of 38 tons of aluminum windows and doors installed.
